An absolutely stunning and true vintage Chanel Matelasse Shoulder bag in the most beautiful in brown colour. The leather is in incredible condition and has been well cared for over the years. The overall leather condition is pristine with the exception of a scratch on the bottom of the bag which could be buffed out. Inside is leather lined and is very clean. Leather lined in a beautiful brown leather with a zippered pocket. Sits beautifully on the body and fits a good amount of items, a great daily bag. Matches with many current collections. A rare find in this condition.
Comparable items: In researching this piece, I have not found anything comparable on the market at the moment. Most bags from this era are in fair condition and are around $1200 CDN and are blown through at the corners/seams and are listed as junk for parts. This is a rare piece.
